At Curl Authority, our objectives & aims are simple. To supply Salon Professional Haircare products to our clients with curly hair in a prompt & competitive fashion.

T&C's / Returns Policy

Our aim as always is to supply our products in perfect condition & in a timely and competitive manner, however if an item/items purchased from Curl Authority’s online store needs to be returned it must be within 7 working days of receipt. Any item/items returned must not have been used or opened (for the purpose of hygiene and safety). Any item returned opened/used or damaged will not be refunded. Any items that need to be returned within 7 working days of receipt must include proof of purchase and be in perfect condition.
